Charming Media has worked as Agency of Record for retail giant, Oxford Properties and its Urban Retail division since 2014.
MANDATE:
Design, plan, and execute all retail marketing events and campaigns for Oxford Properties Urban Retail division. Oxford’s Urban Retail Division is made of three large properties connected to the Toronto PATH–the city’s underground pathway: Royal Bank Plaza, Richmond-Adelaide Centre and MetroCentre.
Charming Media executes up to 10 campaigns per year, engaging retailers such as the following:

Campaigns include social media initiatives, pop-up shops, food markets, interactive installations, city-focused events, fashion and beauty events, assistance with store openings, sampling initiatives and more.
In 2015, Royal Bank Plaza earned the title of Canada’s 7th most profitable retail mall, and property managers have attested Charming Media’s campaigns as a significant help towards this achievement.
