Canadian Men’s Health Foundation – #DontChangeMuch Campaign

Exciting news! We have recently partnered with the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation to encourage the importance of living a well-balanced lifestyle with the #DontChangeMuch campaign happening June 11th to 30th.

What is the purpose of the campaign? To raise awareness in Ontario communities about underlying health concerns that stem from living with unhealthy habits.

Change doesn’t have to be hard. Small, but mindful changes can impact in a big way! Get a restful night’s sleep, take the stairs, get half a salad instead of a full portion of fries are just a few great examples.

We’re not the only ones that believe in the power of (small) change. Canadian Youtuber Matthew Santoro, Canadian comedian Gerry Dee, Huffington Post blogger Angie Campanelli, Canadian Olympic kayak champion Adam Van Koeverden, JOGA creator Jana Webb and other dads, brothers, husbands, wives, sisters and daughters support the movement.

Get involved throughout the month of June. Encourage your boyfriend, husband, brother, dad or anyone else to get moving. Show us your small victories and remember #dontchangemuch.
