JAAN CHOXI to Unveil Luxury Menswear FW16 Collection at TOM*

TORONTO – Coming off the successful debut of his luxury menswear line, JAAN CHOXI, in March 2015, Canadian-designer Sajan Choksi will launch his second made-to-order, ready-to-wear collection at TOM* FW16.

The JAAN CHOXI FW16 collection has been inspired by a desire to cut through the chill of winter and pierce the habitual dark wardrobe associated with this time of the year. The line stands apart from traditional winter suiting, as it is complete with lighter hues of camel, grey and blue.

“TOM* has presented me an opportunity to share good vibes and love with the city through fashion,” states Choksi. “This thinking is what inspired the line’s tag, ‘PEACE. LOVE. JAAN’– a code by which to live by, no matter what race, gender or religion – to be human first.”

This season, JAAN CHOXI will feature impeccable tailored suiting with detailed accents of saturated colour and luxe textures. Leather, wools and silk are once again prominent in this collection along with a new addition of suede. Additionally, JAAN CHOXI will launch its X ICON branding, which will be a symbol for JAAN CHOXI garments and accessories in all collections going forward.

Since a well-received launch of the line in 2015, JAAN CHOXI has been menswear designer of choice for red carpet events such as the Much Music Video Awards, and Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), fitting celebrities including international recording artist Francesco Yates, Toronto born actor Stephan James, and the actors of critically acclaimed Deepa Mehta Film, Beeba Boys.
