Studio Spin To Open Toronto Location on Queen St. East

Joining Studio Lagree and Studio K-O in over 3100 square feet of modernized wellness and fitness space in Toronto’s East end, Studio Spin will cater to both seasoned athletes and first-timers offering a beginning-to-end health-enhancing experience, complete with juice bar and lounge
TORONTO, ON – (December 11, 2019) — Opening its second location on January 28th, 2020, Studio Spin, a part of the Studio Lagree and Studio K-O family, will soon be part of Toronto’s vibrant Queen St. East community.
Formerly the Smash Ping Pong Lounge, the three fitness studios will be housed together in a space dedicated to effective and modernized workouts, complete with a Revitasize smoothie bar and bright spacious lounge area for members to enjoy before and after class.
Guests will have access to a full-fledged fitness house with flexible packages that can be used across the three studios.

While the spin community in Toronto continues to be competitive, Studio Spin sets itself apart from the crowd with a unique focus on foundational spin form and technique designed to create an optimal experience for riders, without the added gimmicks.
Offering a performance-based indoor cycling experience designed to push riders to their limits, Studio Spin classes are designed specifically to build strength and endurance with flat-road, hill training and sprint drills both in and out of the saddle.
Attendees of Studio Spin’s 45-bike, 45-minute classes can expect a result-based workout that is more efficient and streamlined, yielding stronger outcomes than competitors. With optimal speed and resistance combinations, Studio Spin offers challenges for both the seasoned athlete and beginner. Riders stay engaged with heart-pounding music, motivating instructors, and an endorphin rush that lasts well beyond the studio. Certified instructors at Studio Spin are experts in form, resistance and fit corrections and will help guide new riders, as well as challenge experienced riders. All Studio Spin trainers have been certified by Tash Bean’s Authentic Instructor Training.
Health benefits of spinning include improved cardiovascular fitness and aid in stress relief which is critical at any age. Spinning is a low impact but high-intensity workout which makes it great for longevity in staying active.
